Camp Commander has an outstanding chance here if anywhere near his best and he can score, with Point Of Dispute and Ile Michel and Samuel Charles strong challengers for some place money. The selection is officially rated a stone better than his rivals and, with fairly recent form to his name at decent handicap level, he has to be given every chance here. Course and distance winner Samuel Charles comes here in good heart, having won two of his last four races and, having won a similar event here last time on this new surface, has to come firmly into the reckoning. Ile Michel has a few lengths to find on that form. Point Of Dispute, who has shown solid Lingfield Polytrack form at the mid 70s level is another to grant the utmost respect. If official ratings are to be trusted then the others have a lot of catching up to do so, once again, for the winner, we return to Camp Commander.
