Fields Of Dreams finished in front of Long Call when scoring over a mile at Chelmsford last month but has something to prove judged on earlier efforts over longer distances. But SINGING SHERIFF (NAP) won over course and distance with International Law well behind in second on his penultimate start and having subsequently gone close in Class 2 company at Lingfield, Ed Walker’s charge can come out best back at this level. Mickey and Scofflaw finished practically upsides at Kempton with the latter preferred over this longer trip while Mr Top Hat makes most appeal of the remainder off his current mark.
