Verdict
Soft Morning is selected ahead of Gold Digger Miss and Arch of Titus. The selection did not do a lot wrong on her latest start and was guilty only of being worried out of it by a more experienced rival. Sir Mark Prescott's filly certainly looks to have plenty of scope about her and it would be no surprise to see her put it altogether and land the spoils today. Gold Digger Miss was an expensive purchase at the sales and could be very much of interest if the market speaks in her favour. Arch Of Titus has burnt the fingers of backers during the Autumn but will set the benchmark from a form assessment perspective. Jousting made some headway from an impossible position on debut and can be expected to make some degree of progression from that first experience. Straight Face has had a brief absence from the track and is making a first start at Wolverhampton. Scarlet Oak is an unraced Khalid Abdulla cast off and is another to watch in the market. Not a strong race on the face of it and Soft Morning is likely to be priced accordingly.
