ALBERO DI GIUDA gets the vote here ahead of Equinity and Divertimenti. Frank Sheridan's mare was only denied by a nose at Southwell last time out and her consistent profile suggests that a win shouldn't be far away. Although she is 3lb higher than her latest defeat this nine-time winner still looks capable of gaining another success. Song Of Praise should appreciate a return to the track and she loooks nicely handicapped, as does Equinity who was a winner here off just 1lb lower in March and she has the plum draw. Queen Of Thebes remains capable of better, Divertimenti runs the track well and comes here in good form, whilst Socceroo takes a drop in class. Lucas Pitt needs a market check on this handicap bow as he steps back up in trip and his Sir Frank Wappat form reads well, however with the consistent Towy Boy finding it hard to win we will return to Albero Di Giuda as the selection.
