Parazone is taken to get losses back, with Sounds Simla, Countrywide Belle, Lucys Lady and Buzzin' boyzee all seen as potential dangers. Parazone has improved with each race and the drop back in distance is expected to work the oracle for this mainly sprint-bred individual. He faded to finish third under Eddie Ahern at Lingfield 18 days ago, and should make up into a decent handicapper in time. He should certainly be good enough to land a claimer, and can prove too strong for some mainly exposed rivals. Sounds Simla was successful twice on Turf for Ralph Beckett last year and now has her first outing for Rae Guest. She will probably need the run, having been off since August, but has the form to take a hand. Countrywide Belle has put in three decent efforts on this track in the past and is better treated than on Turf so has to be respected, but Yarmouth winner Lucys Lady has not fared so well on the Polytrack so far. Buzzin' boyzee won a seller here in August and has shown enough on her last two starts to merit a mention, but Parazone has the scope to prove better than claiming class in time and is the pick.
