Verdict
The vote here goes to Salon Prive ahead of Imtalkinggibberish. It is an interesting move to drop Salon Prive to five furlongs following good runs at six and seven, but a repeat of either of his last two efforts ought to be good enough to secure a big run and we will back the trainer's judgement in his choice of trip. Blue Moon Hitman has a chance based on his June maiden run on Lingfield's turf but hasn't really built on that, but Imtalkinggibberish has been knocking at the door of late, including here, and should be in the shake-up again. To be fair, the others seem to need to improve by a few pounds to feature so Salon Prive has a good chance to earn some winning brackets and is taken to do just that.
