VAMOS can follow up a recent success at the course though he will need to be on his mettle to see off Herecomethegirls and True Decision. Jeremy Gask's gelding had previously been touted as a sprinting prospect but the switch to nine furlongs brought about some improvement and with the handicapper only seeking to lift him 3lb for that effort; we are happy to row in again. Herecomethegirls is related to a number of winners though has failed to trouble the judge in her own campaign. The market requires a close examination. True Decision ran his best race for some time behind Hereford Boy at Kempton and will be in off the same mark this afternoon. Barbarian had posted bits and pieces of polytrack form for Barry Hills though has not sparkled for current connections. Lilly Blue appears to reserve her better efforts for here while Royal Willy does look to be the most cooperative of individuals under pressure. Vamos is in some semblance of form and that may be enough this afternoon.
