Hilversum, Samuel Charles and Dante's Diamond are the three to focus on here and the vote is given to Samuel Charles. The selection is a course and distance winner and although he was disappointing last time at Nottingham, this is a drop in class and he does have the plum draw. The return to this trip is also in his favour and he should go close. Hilversum is a lightly-raced mare and she won well last time when beating Raul Sahara here. She was the subject of strong market support that day but her overall form is far from convincing and she looks to have a little find with our selection. Dante's Diamond has not won in 27 starts but he did shape encouragingly at Leicester last time when fourth behind Convince. This step-up in trip is not sure to suit and he looks one to take on although he may be good enough to run into a place. Baby Barry and Fulvio have to be respected in this grade and can be considered at each-way prices, but Samuel Charles has plenty in his favour and can land the spoils.
