In depth

Verdict

Most of these have something to prove in this grade but ASSIMILATION (NAP) won a similar contest over track and trip back in March. He’s been competing at Chelmsford without success since returning to action but is fancied to go close back at this venue only 2lb higher than his latest win. Irreverent went close in a lower grade at Newcastle in October while Masked Identity is another upped in class after placing at Chelmsford. Golden Force won a Class 5 contest here during the summer while Red Bond may improve on his second outing after wind surgery.
