      Verdict

Thawry's only victory here in 13 starts came over 1m2f but he stays the trip and has won from a higher mark. Bolder Bob returned after a very long break with a run here in June from a 24lb higher mark and should be starting to show some form soon but RAVENSCAR (NAP) had been threatening to win for some time before a convincing success over the course and distance three weeks ago and can defy a 4lb rise. Winning hurdler Rukwa produced his best run for a very long time over track and trip a fortnight ago and wouldn't need much more to get competitive again.
