Modest fare but probably a good chance for the consistent COSTELLO to record a first career victory if he handles the softer surface. Grouseman took another step forward when fourth at Beverley and has surprisingly been dropped a pound since. Glen Esk steps up from a mile and has run his best races so far on Polytrack while Dusty Dream continues to disappoint but Astroman should be thereabouts again having third over this trip at Haydock when not really getting the run of the race.
