This is a competitive handicap in which Habanero, Barathea Dreams and Border Edge look to be the leading lights and the vote is given to Barathea Dreams. The selection has his ideal conditions tonight and he confirmed his well-being last time when winning at Sandown. If he runs up to that level here he will be hard to beat. Habanero goes on this ground but he is better on a faster surface. He goes well on this track and he won over this course and distance last time out. He was all-out to win that day and under a penalty he looks vulnerable tonight. Border Edge has been in good form and looks to hold solid place claims, but the suspicion is that he is better over a slightly shorter trip. Arry Dash, Cusoon and Fabrian are all course and distance winners not without a chance, but when Barathea Dreams gets his optimum conditions he is difficult to oppose and that is the case this evening.
