Verdict

Fox Tal has placed three times in the grade but hasn’t won on Turf in almost four years. State Occasion won a Listed race at Salisbury ten days ago and Savvy Victory has also won at that level this summer but handicappers Youthful King and Burdett Road have a mountain to climb on these terms. West Wind Blows is penalised for winning at Longchamp in June but was second in the Hardwicke at Ascot just 13 days later and ran up to that mark again when third in the Coral-Eclipse. After an unlucky run in the Dante, PASSENGER (NAP) was among the market leaders for the Epsom Derby but failed to last home. Dropping back in trip, he could be the one to be on today.
