Sea Nymph displayed plenty of ability on her recent debut and can land this event from Violet Park and Nouveaux Riche. Sir Michael Stoute's filly contested what appeared to be a strong Newmarket maiden last time. She took a while to get the hang of things but in the end finished a promising fifth behind Hermitage Court. With improvement almost guaranteed she will be very difficult to beat here. Hermitage Court is trained by Brian Meehan so he should know how he stands with his runner Violet Park. This daughter of Pivotal has shown plenty of promise in two decent looking maidens during the past few weeks and looks the main threat to the selection. Nouveaux Riche has similar claims having finished in the frame on her two outings to date, both events throwing up numerous winners. The rest of the field have little to recommend them so it looks between the three mentioned, with Sea Nymph just getting the vote.
