Verdict

A winner at Kempton, Typhoon Ten failed to cope under a penalty at Chester while Bye Bye Hong Kong was sent off favourite at Newmarket on his debut but could only manage third. Both the latter and recent Goodwood third Lady Cosette drop down in trip today but it could pay to stick with the more-exposed FINOAH. He went close in a Class 2 conditions race at Chester last time and sets the standard off a mark of 85. Alfurat River will need to be above average to make a winning start though is a half-brother to Group 1 winner Lyric Of Light and preferred to fellow newcomer Catan.
