The latter still finished in front of Stella's Charlie at Bath last time but none of those with experience inspire confidence and a chance is taken on the newcomer FISCAL POLICY. The Kubler’s colt is a half-brother to a winning sprinter and won’t have to be anything out of the ordinary to land this.
