In depth

Verdict

A winner at Kempton, Hackney Road defied a 4lb rise to score at Doncaster and has been raised the same amount as she bids for a hat-trick. Black Sails beat lower rated horses than these to land a claimer at Lingfield while Goodnight Girl won in novice company here though had struggled in handicaps earlier. MOON SONG opened her account when winning a handicap at Kempton recently and with further progress expected racing on Turf for the first time, Clive Cox’ filly can go in again.
