Crystal Rock is the selection here, ahead of Cave Lion and Kingdom of Hope. A son of Rock of Gibraltar, he could prove that experience counts. He's been placed in two of his five starts to date and has the most significant of what form there is to go on. Jimmy Gosden's Cave Lion's only previous run was on the all-weather at Lingfield and a decent 4th placing, and the colt may prefer the switch to turf. And Kingdom of Fife from Sir Michael Stoute's stable will get some support too, although needs to be quicker away than previously. Any market support should be noted with such a lightly raced field, but we'll go with Crystal Rock.
Alabjar High Estate colt, half-brother to several winners on the flat and over hurdles.
