Another low-grade handicap to unravel for the finale. Merweb and Army Of One were first and third at Bath last month over this trip and it would be no surprise to see both play a leading role here. The pair revealed significant improvement on that occasion and much will depend upon their ability to repeat that level here. BLUE BERET is the only course and distance winner in the contest, may well have been prepared with this race in mind and is down to a tempting mark. Hopefully, the market will speak well of him. Lilandra has found some form and warrants respect, and Pilot Wings would be a contender if proving as effective on grass as on a synthetic surface.
