      In depth

      Verdict

A tight sprint handicap and quite a few chances, with RUM COCKTAIL a somewhat tentative selection in the hope she's ready for this first start since mid-October. Her Newmarket victory over Sense Of Duty reads extremely well after the latter landed a Listed contest this week and an initial handicap mark of 83 seems fair, especially with Morgan Cole claiming an additional 7lb. Navello has been rather in and out this year but is respected at his best, whilst High Velocity would have a strong shout if transferring his form on artificial surfaces to Turf. Papa Don't Preach should benefit from his reappearance run and French import, Solotov, is the one for a market check.
