Bridgewater Boys can land the spoils in the lucky last, being preferred to Western Roots and Penang Cinta. The selection has won four times this year on the all weather, and if able to convert that form to turf, has to be a major contender. It's a big but though, having failed to win twice on turf this season, although last year he did win both here and at Brighton. He carries top weight, which is perhaps the only negative. Western Roots, from the in-form Andrew Balding yard may suffer the bounce effect, as he wins every other race, and was successful last time out. Although giving weight to many of his rivals, David Probert can claim 7 pounds on what's his only scheduled ride on the card. It's more than a year since Penang Cinta rewarded backers with a win, but one doesn't seem too far away. It's a typically competitive Windsor handicap to round off proceedings, and we'll go with Bridgewater Boys.
