Another Monday night at Windsor, another big-field maiden, and possibly another visit to the winner's enclosure for Richard Hannon, with Rue de Vertbois taken to prove the best of his trio from a high draw. Liberty and Elsinora should pay to keep an eye on as well. Richard Hannon has few peers when getting juveniles ready, and after the elation of winning Newbury's Super Sprint yet again at the weekend, the stable can concentrate on firing in a few more winners in the two-year-old department. From his trio of Bee Minor, Coconut Cookie and Rue de Vertbois, the latter has the best draw in stall 13 and has been working well enough to go in first time. It will not be a cakewalk though as Liberty can already boast a run when sent off favourite at Doncaster where she ran a bit lazily and shaped as though an extra furlong would not come amiss when held by Badminton. She can prove best of the few that have raced already, but Elsinora is one to keep on the right side of judged by the vibes from work-watchers. She holds an entry in the ¿100,000 Tattersalls Autumn Auction Stakes at Newmarket in October, and will have to impress to line up there. The Hannon camp. who collected 12 months ago with Summer Spice, can follow up with Rue de Vertbois taken to make a winning debut before going on to better things.
