In depth
Verdict
This is not an easy race to fully assess, with Genki being nominated ahead of Vesuvio and Vitznau. Genki made late headway after running green on his debut and a good run is not ruled out today. The Barry Hills-trained Vesuvio, who is bred to appreciate the going, could be interesting on his debut, while Vitznau has earned a rating the low 70s for his efforts which might be good enough to see him get involved. With Frankie Dettori booked, Dressed To Dance is a potential improver, while Katie Kingfisher and Miss Hoolie are newcomers that attract some interest. The market might provide you with better clues than we can but, without that, we will side with Genki.
