Sir Michael Stoute has won this four times in the past five years and it will be no shock if REGAL HEIRESS makes it five. A daughter of Pivotal out of Cheveley Park winner Regal Rose, she was green on her debut at Goodwood in July and will have been primed during the winter for a successful second season. She faces some tough opposition here including Inklet, who gained many admirers on her Haydock debut; Coco Rouge, who ran well behind Dimension at Kempton; and Zafaraan, who couldn't quite match the pace of Foxley when surprisingly beaten on her return at Warwick. Newcomers Flaunter and her stablemate Paoletta should be noted though Perilously, a daughter of Mr Greeley out of a USA winner, may do best of the first-timers.
