He won by over four lengths on that occasion and can strike again while the iron is hot. Turnpike Trip’s third at Newmarket came over 1m4f but Balmoral Castle was beaten only a length over track and trip last time and Fresh Terms went close over 1m2f at Chester recently. Dagian is raised in class off a higher mark having won at Bath a fortnight ago and the less exposed Ghazan is preferred.
