    Verdict

Danville has a claim at his best but faces four last-time winners. There's little between the quartet - all are distance winners with no major negatives about them. The tactical key to the contest is that all four like to be held up and arrive late on the scene, so we will hope Danville sets a decent pace to aim at. It's a tricky puzzle but STAR OF VALOUR did impress when scoring here this month, has only been raised 3lb as a result and gave the impression there's more to come under optimum conditions. He's just preferred to Precisely, who will benefit from the Davies claim and who shows a pleasing attitude to her work. New Heights seeks the hat-trick and must be respected but is 9lb higher for her latest wins, whilst Nuble can go well too but is back up to a career-high mark.
