Sevenal has been running nowhere near his UK rating though found 7f much too short at Gowran last week. Mischief Star was attempting to concede 10lb to Cedar Rapids when beaten less than a length over 7f at Leopardstown and had earlier beaten Ideal Pal a head over 1m1f at Ballinrobe when in receipt of 6lb. The latter should reverse the form on these terms while James McAuley has acquired Sandyman after the six-year-old landed a Doncaster handicap for Mick Appleby though that was in March. BRINGBACKMEMORIES has only had six starts and achieved a rating of 86 after finishing second to Swan Bay here in May. He's dropped into this grade for the first time and looks the one to beat.
