Verdict

Another good competitive little contest where it would be dangerous to rule out any of the sextet entered at the overnight stage. However, Summer Shades is holding her form well at the moment and is given another chance to extend her good record when Kieren Fallon is in the saddle on her. The partnership were seen to good effect when scoring over a mile at Pontefract earlier in the season before finding just the well regarded Tawny Way too good at Kempton last time. Fruit Of Glory and Morning After have a little to prove in conceding weight to the selection so the back-to-form Music Maid is feared most against Summer Shades here.
