In depth

Verdict

A dreadful getting out stakes made up of mainly frustrating types who look set to continue to bemuse their connections with near misses in moderate company in the future as well. Therefore, this looks to be a good piece of placement by Peter Harris as he sends out Baltic Blazer in search of a first career win. Margery Daw and If head the list of dangers amongst those with previous experience but Saada One would not need to be anything out of the ordinary to strike first-time-out for the Luca Cummani yard. However, Baltic Blazer, who is from the same family as Border Arrow and Dumaran, already has the benefit of e run under his belt and he can put the experience to good use today. The son of Polish Precedent showed a gutsy attitude at Haydock on his debut run last month, and looks a winner with out a penalty in this company - considering the lack of strength-in-depth to the opposition.
