A weak opener in which most find winning hard to come by. Kylies Wild Card gets in here off a very low mark but showed improved form last time and will receive good assistance from the saddle. She does need to back up that improvement though, whilst Indus Valley has a decent form chance but hasn't scored on Turf since 2009. Finflash is down to a mark from which he really ought to be competitive whilst the likes of Euroquip Boy, Diamond Vine and Reginald Claude should be in the shake-up too. However, RYAN STYLE hasn't been beaten at all far on recent starts and should continue to remain competitive in such a modest contest off an unchanged mark.
