In depth

Verdict

SIR TITAN (NAP) showed some potential at Newbury in September but didn't reappear until a fortnight ago when very impressive in a Wolverhampton maiden. This represents a much stiffer test but a mark of 82 for his handicap debut may prove lenient. Gilded Reflection needs to find a bit more on what he's shown since arriving from Ireland but Fast Dancer is generally thereabouts at this sort of level though doesn't win often enough. Jumping Jack's Brighton victory was at a lower level, as was last weeks second place here when he had Shifting Star behind but Mister Musicmaster completed a double when landing a Bath handicap at this level before stepping up a grade on the same track. Fastnet Spin has been beaten three times off this mark in the past few weeks.
