Verdict

Swinley and Eton College showed early pace over 6f on their debuts at Goodwood and this track respectively before fading in the closing stages. This shorter trip should suit both but this can go to a newcomer. Tommy Cooper is a brother to a winner in France and worth considering while Fantom Force and stablemate Hard Nut are by the same sire and the betting may give some clues as to their chances. But E240,000 purchase DARK SILVER is from the family of top-class sprinter Pipalong and Ed Walker’s colt may prove the one to side with in this.
