We ran out of patience with Lupo D'Oro a while ago and he isn't improving. The four-year-old Homeboy has also proved disappointing and Tight Lipped has had plenty chances to get off the mark. Dick Bos is definitely worth a second look, however, as he was only beaten a head when odds-on over 7f at Wolverhampton having shown promise on his only previous start in decent company at Newbury in spring. But this could be on the sharp side, even on the soft ground, and we'll take him on with the sprint-bred ELLA FITZGERALD. The fact that Rae Guest's filly was sent off market leader on her introduction at Kempton suggests she'd been showing plenty at home and she can only improve for the experience.
