In depth

Verdict

Martin Pipe's Tissifer is an interesting runner back on the Flat as he returns from hurdling a three month break should have freshened him up. Having been highly tried in the past in Listed company, he returns on a handy mark and could take a lot of beating. This is though a competitive handicap and the lightly-raced Dawn Invasion is progressing along the right lines and is potentially on a lenient handicap mark. Another improver is Maimana who is held in high regard by her trainer and has strengthened up this year after being a bit backward last term. She too could be ahead of the handicapper. In Disguise was below form last time and out and will need to bounce back if he is to get the better of some improvers here.
