    Verdict

This wouldn't be the strongest claimer ever staged and Kiama Bay must have a decent chance of defying top weight as he had some decent form over hurdles last year and was just caught in a seller at Fakenham last time, though hasn't raced on the Flat since the start of 2014. Mount Shamsan won a Redcar seller at the end of last year and has also been in action over timber recently, though hasn't been showing much. KING TORUS may have stamina limitations over this trip but it may be worth taking the chance that he'll last home as he won at Doncaster and Wolverhampton last year in better company. My Lord stays further and is consistent but hasn't given Aled Beech much help in his last two starts.
