Granary Girl gets the vote, with Danzare, Silsong and Grandma's Girl three potential rivals. This is not one to get too heavily into, but on the overall form, Granary Girl gets the vote. Successful twice already this season in non-selling company, Bryn Palling's filly has run with credit since her latest victory at Bath in June, and with the drop in grade to help, she must surely go close. Danzare has disappointed in the main but ran third to Out For A Stroll at Salisbury in August so has place claims at least. Marcus Tregoning rarely has runners at this level so that is another pointer to her chance today. Silsong showed nothing at Leicester last time, but maybe Dane O'Neill will help her cause, while Grandma's Girl is still a maiden but has come steadily down the ratings. Nothing else makes any appeal, and Granary Girl is the pick to get recent losses back.
