Verdict

Mark Johnston’s newcomer Eton College is much respected in this being a half-brother to two winners, including Listed winner Hard Spun, but Godolphin’s Making History has already raced twice and didn’t really threaten on either occasion. GOLDEN HORDE (NAP) was an eye-catcher at Newbury, making good headway despite meeting trouble in-running. He’ll know more today and appears to have the plum draw so should have few problems confirming that form with Indian Creak and Gypsy Rocker. New Jack Swing, Hexagon and Stone Circle are worth a market check.
