Verdict

Love Angel is not always the most reliable but he gets the vote here ahead of Low Delta. The selection will have to give weight away to the whole field if he is to score again but the way that he scored recently at Fontwell suggested that he may be able to overcome an 8lb rise in the weights today. The stable's small band of horses are running truly and he looks the call in a weak race. Nayodabayo can race off a much lower mark over hurdles than fences but he hasn't impressed in recent runs and has the blinkers back on today in the hope that they will work the oracle. Low Delta's mark of 101 could be lenient assuming that he handles today's quicker conditions and he should be watched in the market for signs of support, whilst Shingle Street could be capable of putting up a bold show but normally finds at least one too good. Meneur De Jeu completes the field but is woefully out of form at the moment so we will return to Love Angel to score.
