Most of these mares look on the downgrade and none of them win too often. A slight TEAMtalk preference is given to Madam Flora who showed up for a long way on her reappearance last month before weakening two flights from home. She should be fitter for that run and looks on a handy mark to record her first career victory having shown she handles this track. Aunt Hilda has put up some pleasing runs of late. However she looks very one-paced and the handicapper has taken no chances with her. Chantilly Lady showed some promise early last year before encountering some training problems. If on song when fresh she should go well. Carnoustie has been finding a couple too good on his most recent outings and has had her problems with jumping but will find this faster ground more to her liking and has fallen to a reasonable mark.
