Verdict

Da Baba Elephant pulled up when joint favourite for this last year but made amends in no uncertain terms, completing a hat-trick and going up 16lb in the process. He must be on the short-list providing the ground doesn't ease. Crazywork De Vassy returned from a very long break with two runs earlier this year and may need another to bring him to his peak but MEGA MINDY should be ready for this. A winning hurdler, she was only caught close home over 2m5f at Killarney before finding the minimum trip too short at Tramore. Dundeedy Lad is an obvious threat from the bottom of the handicap after two very good placed efforts but Little Haarth has become disappointing
