Verdict

Awbeg Prince won a point and a bumper but was disqualified after finishing first past over hurdles at Ballinrobe when a banned substance was found in his sample. He's changed stables and should make a chaser as should Bay Hill, five times a winner on the Flat and three times over hurdles. Djingle, a Listed winner over hurdles in France, flopped in his three runs for Paul Nicholls, including one over fences, but a change of surroundings could help him rediscover form. Knock On Steel put his debut experience to good use when a very good second at Tramore but that was over 2m5f. MORGAN, three times a winner over hurdles and a winning bumper, jumped poorly on his first two starts over fences but much better at Ballinrobe and should now have the confidence to gain his first success over the bigger obstacles. He holds Inca Gold on that latter run though Joseph O'Brien's charge showed improved form at Roscommon.
