Useful hurdler For The Staff hasn't quite got to grips with fences so far but there's plenty of time and he's likely to do better. Paradis De Thaix has had his chances but has competed at a decent level and this doesn't look as tough despite the big field. Wikaala has always done his best on faster ground than he's likely to face today but if the going dries out he's certainly one for the short-list though it's NO ONE TELLS ME who gets the nod as Jessica Harrington's charge was a useful hurdler who has already shown enough to suggest she can make the transition to the bigger obstacles.
