Big Bad Billy Bob was on a mark of 70 when making his nursery debut in October so a 5lbs rise and a subsequent second behind Dance Hall Girl at Limerick suggest he is by no means overburdened. He was touched off by Smokey Cloud at Leopardstown in October and there looks very little between the pair this time. After a victory over a mile at Leopardstown, BOOK OF NUMBERS was made favourite in a huge field at the Curragh on Monday but never got into the action and eventually trailed in a long way behind the leaders, which was nowhere near his form. Capacity, who ran well over 6f for Mark Johnston last season, is out of the brilliantly speedy Carry On Katie and may prove best at sprint distances while Rightside's Killarney success was gained on soft ground.
