    Verdict

Indian Squaw, Lady Harriet Luis and Presenting Alf look to be the principles in the finale and the vote is given to Indian Squaw. The selection is a half-sister to her stable's useful Indian Scout and she shaped encouragingly enough on her debut in a bumper at Towcester behind Lady Zephyr. She is sure to have been well-schooled for this her hurdling debut and she is difficult to look beyond. Lady Harriet Luis is a nicely-bred filly who could give her the most to do as she hails from a shrewd yard. If the market speaks in her favour then it could pay to take the hint. A similar comment would apply to Presenting Alf, while the other two with racecourse experience will have to improve significantly to make the frame, so for the winner we return to Indian Squaw.
