Askgarmor placed in a couple of handicaps at the end of last year, finishing ahead of Storm Force One at Hexham, and could make the frame again. BIRD ON THE WIRE beat Ribeye more than four lengths at Doncaster. He has gone up 5lb but this looks an even weaker contest and the longer trip shouldn’t be a problem.
