Verdict

The three recent winners can fight out the finish of this. Despite a 3lb rise for a short-head victory at Newcastle, OLD NEWS still isn’t badly treated and gets on well with Joanna Mason. Visibility has taken well to the new surface here and won’t be far away again, despite carrying a 5lb penalty, while Mr Sensible won on his track debut here last month and is the least exposed of these on the all-weather.
