Tyneandthyneagain, pulled out at Sedgefield on Tuesday, can reward connections' patience by beating Joe Blake and Devil's Run. Richard Guest's eight-year-old would have found the ground too fast on Tuesday, but conditions here are expected to be slightly easier and can help him to open his account for the season. He made a satisfactory return from a lengthy absence when chasing home the useful Better Days at Southwell, jumping well in the main, and will have improved for the run. Better than these over hurdles, he can successfully concede weight all round. His main rival appears to be Joe Blake, at one time considered to be on e of Ireland's best hunter-chase prospects. He has not been seen out since scoring at Gowran Park in April, but a run or two for his new stable should ensure that he makes an impact over here. Devil's Run is only just out of the novice stage so has a bit to do, but is an honest sort who will be winning at the likes of his local track Sedgefield during the season. Tyneandthyneagain has the class though and should be up to the task.
