A confident selection here is King's Bounty, who is 11lbs clear of his rivals on official BHB ratings and can put some decent placed efforts behind him and land his first chase. Though unproven on the ground, he has run well enough on good going before, he jumps well and should not be opposed from a yard that does so well here. Binny Bay has been a consistent, if a little one paced, performer this season. There are more races to be won with him, but perhaps not here, while the ground has come right for Contract Scotland, and it would be no surprise to see Len Lungo's gelding show up well on his chasing debut.
