Verdict

Majestic Touch didn't show much on his debut at Fairyhouse last April but put that experience to good use when runner-up at Ffos Las a month later. Black Ink was narrowly beaten at Musselburgh in November but was nowhere near his best when running poorly there in January. Monfass showed up nicely in what looked a strong Musselburgh bumper last month and is one for the future but CAPTAIN MOIRETTE caught the eye with a very promising run in what looked a strong Catterick bumper last month. The fourth has subsequently won and Sue Smith's grey looks the one to be on here. Happy Hollow has a penalty for his opening victory at Southwell though that's unlikely to prevent another big run while Yewlands and Monthyne are interesting newcomers to note in a better-than-average bumper.
