Trainer Ian Williams has an improver here in KICKAHEAD and we will take him to make it three wins from four starts, while Elaala may emerge as the biggest threat. On a line through Wheelavit there should be little to choose between the pair, although Kickahead has got the winning habit and may well have already completed a hat-trick had it not been for a costly blunder at his beloved Stratford a couple of starts ago. Fast ground suits the seven-year-old, who did it with such a good attitude last time that he is preferred. Elaala also relishes fast ground and she has actually finished ahead of her main rival here at Wetherby when winning a similar race a couple of seasons ago, although she was in receipt of 18lbs then. She has been a bit out of sorts lately and may just be in the grip of the assessor. Lazy Darren is 5lbs below his last winning mark, so on that basis has to be considered, although he would ideally want slower ground. The latter comment applies to Zahra's Place, while Follow On will probably be doing that given his current stiff-looking mark. Kickahead can score.
